I spent this weekend talking, laughing, eating, drinking, and shopping with my favorite women. Of course I couldn’t resist taking pics of them…
While in NJ for Easter, my friend Jeanne touted me to her friends and family (thanks Jeanne!) for photo shoots. Finally, I got around to editing some of them. Jeanne’s sister, Laura and her husband Phil have a beautiful family– with a new dog! It was an enjoyable morning hanging out with them and taking their pictures– thank you!

A year ago Saryne was born and a photo project also began– a year of pics every 3 months.. It was a privilege for me to witness the development of this sweet, cuddly, adorable little girl. Thank you Chase and Jenny…I hope you’ve enjoyed it as much as me!

What a year!
Victoria and John were married in November and here it is January and I’m finally editing and posting. Darn those holidays. It was a beautiful ceremony and reception at the Stillwell House downtown.
For the first time I had a photog friend help me cover the reception– Emma Graham. She took some great, spontaneous shots of V&J after the ceremony was over–

All of my devoted blog followers (thanks, Dad) should remember the pics I took of Kaytee and Jason back in May… I finally finished editing them this weekend (impending visit from the Cobbs next weekend is an excellent motivator) and thought this little montage was soo sweet…can’t wait to see you both–
Three kids ages 7 months, 23 months, and 3…enough said. And yet, Heather and Gary make it seem easy and fun…I’m not posting the family pics on purpose since I don’t want to spoil Christmas cards for them (what’s the fun of sending a pic everyone’s already seen?)…just kiddos. Cu-ute kiddos.
Cutest couple ever! I knew that already though because my son, Nathan (5), came home from Pre-School last year talking ALL about “Ms. Courtney” and how much he loves her. Turns out, I work with Matt, Ms. Courtney’s fiance…so, naturally, the engagement shoot was born. We met yesterday at La Placita Parking Garage and had a fun, fun time taking engagement pics…

The fourth day I was in NJ I hung out with Jeanne and her family. Jeanne and I have been friends for a lllooonng time– we both vaguely recall our older sisters getting together and bringing their little sisters (me and Jeanne) to play together, so we could have possibly met as early as like 1st grade, but neither of us are sure. In any event, we also have children right around the same age and same distance apart so we always have lots to share. The kids played at Brookside lake, then we went back to the house for a bbque…if any of you know anything about the East coast this summer, there has been sooo much rain and this night was no exception. It rained, and rained and then poured some more. But after that was all over we took some lovely shots…
